Job summary

Docplanner is seeking an AI Project Manager within Growth Marketing B2B in Poznań. You will own AI experiments end to end, from idea to scalable deployment, partnering with marketing, sales and IT to drive measurable results.

You will pilot AI tools (no-code platforms, chatbots, automated reporting), set success criteria, run pilots with local teams, and decide on scaling or stopping. Fluency in English and hands-on experience with AI are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth, marketing ops or similar commercial area, with at least 1 year focused on AI/automation projects.
• Hands-on use of AI tools daily (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot).
• Experience building AI agents/automations with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) including APIs/webhooks.
• Solid grasp of LLM prompting, risks (hallucinations, privacy) and evaluation of output.
• Strong analytical skills: define KPIs, read data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience running pilots and scaling across teams/markets.
• Proactive, structured, and able to influence without formal authority.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome. Set goals, KPIs, budget and timeline for each AI project and answer for the result.
• Identify AI use cases with clear business value and a strong business case.
• Test before you scale. Run pilots, decide on scaling or stopping based on data.
• Build hands-on: configure tools, prompts, agents and automations; integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce and WhatsApp.
• Evaluate AI vendors, run security/litigation reviews, and negotiate requirements with IT.
• Create playbooks and training so markets can adopt proven solutions independently.
• Share learnings and results to improve future projects.
