Job summary

Docplanner Group is hiring an AI Project Manager in Growth Marketing B2B to accelerate AI adoption across marketing. You’ll own each project end-to-end, from the initial use case to a scalable setup that measurably improves results in the business metrics.

You’ll pilot AI tools, build agents, and drive enablement across markets while collaborating with IT, legal and security to ensure compliant, scalable solutions. Fluent English is required, and you’ll work with a global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing projects in marketing, growth or related area with AI focus.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or automations with no-code/low-code tools.
• Strong ability to define KPIs, run pilots and scale successful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own each AI project end-to-end from idea to adoption and results.
• Identify AI use cases that improve funnel, conversions and efficiency.
• Test hypotheses in pilots, decide to scale, iterate or stop based on data.
• Configure tools, write prompts, build agents and integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce and WhatsApp.
