Job summary

Docplanner is seeking a Marketing Operations & Technology Specialist to own the administration and continuous improvement of our core marketing technology platforms, with HubSpot at the center. The role advances AI-powered workflows and data enrichment to drive efficiency and smarter decision-making.

You will ensure data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce, build predictive lead scoring, and support scalable marketing processes across markets in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing automation or other marketing technology (HubSpot required).
• Salesforce experience, particularly with HubSpot–Salesforce sync, is a plus.
• Hands-on experience or a strong interest in applying AI to marketing operations is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain marketing systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows, agents, and capabilities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Support and improve HubSpot–Salesforce sync, ensuring data integrity and reliable lead flow.
• Build predictive lead scoring models to prioritize and increase conversions.
• Monitor workflows, resolve errors, and optimize MQL qualification and lead delivery.
• Develop data enrichment and custom-coded actions to extend platform capabilities.
• Document processes and train users on best practices.
• Maintain CRM records, lists, and GDPR compliance.
• Lead data imports per campaign requirements with data hygiene.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify pain points and plan enhancements.
• Drive cross-platform integrations and work with data teams.
