Job summary

KODA.AI in Poland is seeking a future Tech Lead who blends hands-on coding with architectural vision. You'll design scalable AI-first systems, work with LLMs, RAG, and platform integration, and lead a team through fast, quality-focused delivery.

You'll collaborate with top brands, influence the tech stack from day one, and own security and on-prem deployments. The role rewards clarity, ownership, and creative testing in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• experience with LLMs, RAG, and matching solutions to real problems
• Frontend: Vue.js / TypeScript
• Databases: Elasticsearch, MySQL, Cloud Firestore
• Vibe coder mindset – proactive, fast, iterative, and thoughtful
• experience leading development teams and scalable architecture

Responsibilities

• designing and evolving scalable, AI-first system architecture
• testing and deploying solutions involving LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and platform integration
• Leadership: building and managing technical documentation, overseeing code quality
• ensuring security in implemented solutions (including on-prem environments)
• helping shape the product roadmap and engaging with client calls
