Job summary

Join is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to improve and scale how our Design, Warehouse, Assembly and Service Coordination teams work across Wrocław, Poland. You will lead the teams while staying close to the work, digging into the data, using AI tools and automation, and building better processes yourself.

This role requires 3+ years in a tech company or similar, strong analytical skills (Excel/SQL/BI), and a hands-on attitude.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a tech company, technical product management, technical operations or a similar role.
Technically savvy: you use AI tools in your daily work and have an engineering mindset.
Strong analytical skills: you're comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, BI tools or similar).
Proven experience improving and scaling processes, and managing projects end-to-end.
A hands-on attitude: you enjoy doing the work yourself, not only delegating it.
A clear communicator who can lead and develop a team while staying hands-on.
Good financial understanding: you're comfortable working with budgets and operational costs.
Fluent English (C1 or above). Polish or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the teams across Design, Warehouse, Assembly and Service Coordination.
Analyze how operations run and find where they can be faster, cheaper or simpler.
Design and implement process improvements, automations and AI-based workflows.
Manage improvement projects from idea to rollout.
Define KPIs and build the reporting to track them.
Work directly with leadership on the priorities for the company's growth.
