Job summary

KODA.AI is seeking a senior technologist to own the platform architecture and LLM-related decisions for our GenAI platform, serving large enterprises in Poland. You will guide the long-term direction, balance feasibility and cost, and lead the engineering team to deliver scalable AI solutions.

You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue, making build-vs-buy decisions, and collaborating with product owners and clients to shape the product, architecture, and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing complex technology products or platforms.
• LLMs and GenAI are technologies you know from production environments, not just experiments and PoCs.
• You can make architectural decisions with incomplete information and clearly communicate the trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Defining KODA’s technology direction and long-term architecture of the AI platform.
• Assessing new product and client needs for feasibility, cost, and impact on the system.
• Making key architectural decisions across applications and GenAI layers.
• Shaping use of LLMs, including model selection, evaluation, and tool calling.
• Ensuring quality, latency, stability, and scalability in production AI systems.
• Leading development team and setting engineering standards.
• Building reusable platform capabilities for multiple deployments.
• Leading discovery for complex projects and engaging with clients.
