Job summary

Hexecapital in Wrocław is seeking a leader to take full technological ownership of KODA, our GenAI platform, from architecture decisions to long-term team direction.

You’ll define technology direction, evaluate client needs for feasibility and cost, and shape how we use LLMs, RAG, and tool calls. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and help drive scalable, high-quality AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex technology platforms and products.
• Must have production experience with LLMs and GenAI.
• Ability to make architecture decisions with incomplete information.
• Strong leadership and engineering standards experience.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term architecture of the AI platform and technology direction.
• Assess feasibility, cost, and impact of new client needs across the system.
• Make key architectural decisions across application and AI layers.
• Shape use of LLMs, RAG, and tool/calling strategies.
• Address quality, latency, stability, and scalability in production.
• Design reusable platform capabilities for multiple clients.
• Provide technical leadership and set engineering standards.
• Lead discovery with clients and support product direction with PO.
• Ensure platform coherence and scalability as product grows.
