Job summary

KODA is looking for a delivery-focused project coordinator to tie together the work of Sales, Delivery, and Success as we build and scale our AI platform in Poland. You will plan workflows, manage backlogs and sprints, estimate tasks, and ensure timely, profitable project execution in close collaboration with the COO and leadership.

You’ll directly influence how we deliver projects, improve processes, and translate business needs into technical plans while keeping both teammates and clients

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Ability to independently plan workflows and prioritize.
• Skilled at estimating tasks and building long-term plans.
• Strong organizational skills and ownership of commitments.
• Excellent communication bridging business and tech.

Responsibilities

• Plan Delivery team workflows, backlog, sprints, and priorities.
• Estimate tasks, plan velocity, and manage time efficiently.
• Collaborate with Sales & Success on new implementations.
• Coordinate with Developers on platform updates.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, take proactive action.
• QA sign-offs before client delivery.
• Align operations with company goals with COO.
• Ensure timely, efficient, and profitable project execution.

When Sales closes a new client, Delivery completes an onboarding, Developers build out the platform, and Customer Success brings in new feature requests, someone needs to tie it all together into one cohesive plan.

And that’s where you come in.

You’ll work closely with the whole team – setting priorities, planning workflows, and making decisions that directly shape how we deliver projects and evolve our AI platform. If a call needs to be made, you make it. If a better idea comes along, you run with it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning Delivery team workflows, managing the backlog, sprints, and priorities.
• Estimating tasks, planning team velocity, and ensuring efficient time management.
• Collaborating with Sales & Success teams on planning new implementations, demo environments, and expanding solutions for existing clients.
• Coordinating with Developers to plan platform updates and new features.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and taking proactive action before issues arise.
• Testing new features and conducting final QA sign-offs before client delivery.
• Working closely with the COO to align operations with the company’s business goals.
• Ensuring timely, efficient, and profitable project execution.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 1.5 years of experience in project management or coordination.

• Know how to estimate tasks and build long-term plans.
• Are highly organized (both for yourself and your team) and keep projects running smoothly.
