Job summary

The Customization Group is seeking an AI-first CRM manager to bring AI into lifecycle marketing. From day one you will produce newsletters hands-on while turning AI ideas into running flows, enabling smarter segmentation and scalable content generation with personalization.

You’ll shape how AI is used responsibly with a human on the last mile. Join a global leader in mass customization and print-on-demand, building AI-enabled CRM across 20+ shops and 1,000+ partner stores.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI in marketing—content generation, segmentation or automation workflows you built and shipped.
• Comfortable with a CRM/ESP platform (Emarsys, Iterable, Braze, CleverTap or similar).
• Able to judge AI output critically and know when it’s good enough.
• Working-level English for a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Produce newsletters hands-on from day one, end-to-end production.
• Generate content at scale using AI to draft and adapt campaign copy across shops, languages and segments with human review.
• Sharpen segmentation using AI and predictive approaches for churn risk, next-best-offer, lifetime value.
• Personalize messages by building AI-assisted personalization into lifecycle flows.
• Automate repetitive CRM tasks into AI-assisted workflows the team can reuse.
• Set the standard by documenting prompts, guardrails and effective AI usage for the team.
