Job summary

WavesReach is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain intelligent systems that minimize manual work and accelerate execution across a high-volume media operation. The role focuses on AI-driven workflows for content, analytics, QA, and operations, with emphasis on automation, data pipelines, and cross-team coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in automation or related fields, strong systems-thinking, and a track record of translating complex processes

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows for content, analytics, QA, and operations
• Automate repetitive, high-volume processes using AI tools, scripts, and integrations
• Build systems that connect platforms via APIs, webhooks, and structured data flows
• Reduce manual work, error rates, and execution time across teams
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation (Sheets, BigQuery, APIs)
• Build anomaly detection, alerts, and performance monitoring systems
• Support analytics workflows with Python scripts and AI-assisted analysis
• Build automated QA checks for links, UTMs, formatting, and content structure
• Support newsletter and broadcast teams with pre-send validation tools
• Implement AI-assisted content checks, summaries, and optimization workflows
• Support Technical Operations with automation around account setup, domains, and templates
• Build scripts and tools that standardize setups and reduce operational risk
• Document systems clearly so they can be scaled and maintained
