Job summary

SimCorp in Warsaw is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our AI acceleration efforts. You will build and grow an AI engineering team, recruit talent with the right mindset, and act as servant leader and Scrum Master for small teams.

You will work with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and UX to define outcomes and drive measurable results. The role requires strong leadership, recruitment experience, and a track record of delivering AI-enabled fintech software in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading AI engineering teams.
• Strong recruitment experience for cross-functional teams.
• Proven Scrum Master or agile coaching background.
• Experience in product development within a global, distributed team.
• Familiarity with OKR and agile process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a team of AI engineers in Warsaw.
• Coach and mentor engineers in your reporting line.
• Serve as servant leader and Scrum Master for 1–2 small teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to refine customer outcomes.
