Job summary

SimCorp in Warszawa is seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer to oversee AI-related IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and cost efficiency in a hybrid work setup.

You'll own intake of AI agents, maintain automation portfolios, and build connectors to enable AI tools across the organization, mentoring junior IT operations staff and collaborating with security and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations leading infrastructure and services.
• Experience with Azure services and governance controls.
• Hands-on with Copilot Studio and AI orchestration platforms.
• knowledge of API integration patterns and MCP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and optimize AI-related IT infrastructure for performance, security, and availability.
• Own intake of AI agents and automations into managed infrastructure.
• Maintain AI tool portfolio with cost control, reliability, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Develop connectors to enable AI tools usage across the organization.
• Implement IT operations processes and support transition of tasks to Operations Center.
• Ensure security/compliance with guardrails and Azure policies.
• Collaborate with business units and enablement teams to ensure end-to-end execution.
• Mentor junior IT operations staff and promote a collaborative, results-driven culture.
