TechTree is seeking a high-ownership Research Specialist to power live client mandates. You will calibrate briefs, build precise search hypotheses, and map markets for niche and senior roles.

The role blends rigorous research with the instinct to build tools that automate and accelerate sourcing. As an IC contributor, you will source candidates, qualify inbound applications within a 2-day SLA, and run outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or research or analytics.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and fast decision-making.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• 1) Build calibration & target lists: turn client briefs into precise search hypotheses and market maps for niche/senior roles.
• 2) Source candidates: perform manual and platform-driven searches while respecting guardrails.
• 3) Qualify inbound applications with a 2-day maximum review standard.
• 4) Run outreach: manage email/LinkedIn campaigns with high-quality copy.
• 5) Keep delivery hygiene: maintain scorecards, ensure proper project setup and prioritise aggressively.
• 6) Drive product & tooling: stress-test AI tools, report bugs, share reusable prompts and workflows.
