Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own the successful deployment of AI solutions for enterprise customers, leading complex implementations from scoping through production launch.

You will align Product, Engineering and customer teams, define requirements and timelines, and ensure deployments land on time and scale beyond the initial rollout. This role demands a hands-on, proactive approach and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical problem-solving roles.
• Comfort working with APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving forward.
• High-agency mindset: driving decisions with imperfect requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead deployment of the platform and AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and onboardings.
• Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward production launches.
• Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
• Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up improvements.
• Identify and develop new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and impact.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment lifecycle.
