Job summary

TechTree seeks a Talent Strategist to own client hiring success from kickoff to signed offer. You’ll run processes, manage the pipeline, and align TechTree's sourcing team with clients to move fast.

In this remote-first role, you’ll build trusted relationships, own every stage of the search, calibrate feedback into scorecards, and drive interviews to close hires. A strong track record in agency or in-house recruitment is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience running full-cycle recruitment for clients or internal teams.
• Ability to manage client relationships and calibrate scorecards.
• Strong pipeline management and disciplined process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for founders and execs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients.
• Own candidate pipelines for every role you run.
• Lead end-to-end hiring processes with high quality at each stage.
• Run calibration calls and translate feedback into scorecards.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and client-ready materials.
• Drive interview scheduling, feedback loops and stakeholder alignment.
• Close projects and own success fees on placements.
• Ensure delivery quality and client experience on every project.
