Techtree combines AI-powered candidate intelligence with a global network of independent Talent Partners. The AI handles sourcing, matching, and outreach. You handle the human relationships that turn matches into hires, and earn a significant placement fee every time.

Your job is the human layer: warm introductions, candidate care, and the trust that converts a match into a hire.

• Upload your connections and let the AI surface your strongest matches; then reach out to people you already know, with a tailored message drafted for you.

How you earn

• AI Network Referrals - 20% of placement fee
• Manual Referrals - 20% of placement fee
• Add a screening call - 10% of placement fee
• Outreach - 10% of placement fee (about 1 hour/week)

Example: refer and screen a candidate placed on a £25,000 fee gives you £7,500.
