Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with hands‑on Agentforce expertise to design, implement and scale AI-powered autonomous agents on the Salesforce platform.

This role focuses on establishing and leading the Agentforce Center of Excellence at EPAM, defining best practices, reusable frameworks and governance standards for AI agent development. You will guide teams to deliver automation aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce solution architecture experience with Agentforce autonomous agents.
• Track record delivering Salesforce AI/automation projects and leading a CoE.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI and integrations.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI governance best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and cross‑functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Agentforce Center of Excellence at EPAM.
• Design and develop core architecture for Agentforce solutions and integrations.
• Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures and accelerators.
• Define best practices for architecture, testing and governance.
• Communicate with client managers and delivery teams to align IT strategy.
• Promote Agentforce capabilities and drive adoption across EPAM and clients.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and AI roadmaps to enhance offerings.
• Manage risks and translate designs into operational IT solutions.
• Deliver ongoing enhancements and optimization efforts.
