Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing consulting, enterprise architecture, or process mapping roles.
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Strong ability to drive requirement gathering workshops.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering exceptional end-user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing industry best practices and architectural guidance.
• Lead detailed requirement-gathering sessions and act as the Salesforce platform expert.
• Define customer roadmaps that balance quick wins with long-term strategic value.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and technical team members.

Skills

Experience implementing or architecting Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud

Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI platform

Ability to communicate solution value using storytelling and ROI mapping

Comfortable using flowcharting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)

Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly
