Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers who design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments.

You’ll work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready AI solutions, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment for major enterprise accounts. We value 3+ years in software delivery, a CS-related degree, and hands-on experience with LLMs, Python, and cloud data platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system to demonstrate.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to explain prompt failures and changes.
• Experienced in data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

Aufgaben

• Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations.
• Own technical components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Model the data, ship the pipeline, and validate outputs in production.
• Maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health.
• Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices and enablement.
• Identify platform gaps and surface insights to engineers and product teams.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate challenges into agentic solutions.
