Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce and AI–oriented developer to join a client project focused on CRM and AI solutions, including agents, integrations, and Data Cloud. You will automate business processes and implement practical AI features that impact users.

This is an opportunity to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flow), API integrations, and experience with AI solutions such as chatbots.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Apex, LWC, Flow).
• Experience with integrations, including API and web services.
• Practical experience with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.
• Knowledge of data management including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently.
• Very good communication skills in English (B2).
• Polish language fluency required.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• Build and configure AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts.
• Create and develop integrations using API and MuleSoft.
• Work with data in the context of AI (Data Cloud, RAG).
• Design business process automation and optimize solutions.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Participate in testing and improving systems.
• Develop and maintain existing systems.
