Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company building technology that helps users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it with confidence. Join us as a full-time Senior Product Manager on our Matter Administration team, focusing on Matter Lifecycle Management.
You will lead a team of Product Managers and drive strategy, design, and go-to-market efforts to start new matters and enrich them with intelligence for monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years launching, leading, and supporting software products.
- Experience with AI-enabled or data-intensive products is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the organization to craft, communicate, and execute solutions.
- Lead a team and galvanize innovative ideas and define problem areas to tackle.
- Develop enterprise products that are valuable, usable, and feasible.
- Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories for development.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Applied Science to tackle user problems.
- Test hypotheses through mockups, user testing, and experimentation.
- Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and user impact.
- Be the user and business voice throughout the software development process.
- Dive into usage data and metrics to uncover insights for new ideas
