Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our client's team on a full‑time basis.

You will manage relationships with enterprise clients, drive product adoption, and oversee renewals and expansions within a global structure. As part of the Client Success group, you will lead onboarding, platform training, and ongoing user support while coordinating with cross‑functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary account manager for enterprise clients to help them achieve their operational goals.
• Deliver end-to-end client onboarding, platform training, and ongoing user support.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve operational platform issues.
• Monitor client adoption metrics and account health to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
• Manage contract renewal processes and account growth within client organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to share client feedback and support product development.
• Provide functional guidance and mentorship to junior Client Success team members.
