Job summary

Stealth Startup AI infrastructure in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking a hands‑on Sales Director for compute services spanning bare metal GPU clusters to serverless inference. You will own a territory and book of business, blending technical depth with commercial drive to identify opportunities, shape solutions with our software teams, and close deals across Europe.

This quota carrying role requires 7+ years in sales for compute/cloud/AI infrastructure, proven track record with AI/ML solutions, and

Qualifications

Proven track record of closing complex technical deals in AI/ML, cloud, HPC or infra‑as‑a‑service environments.
Deep experience selling GenAI/ML technology solutions with strong understanding of the technology stack.
Solid consultative sales and business development experience with pipeline creation and revenue delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle for PCC’s AI compute portfolio from prospecting to signature and expansion.
Build trusted relationships with CIO/CTO, AI leaders, and procurement.
Drive multi‑stakeholder sales motions in enterprise and public sector accounts.
Collaborate with Architects to design on‑prem and hybrid PCC deployments.
Maintain a healthy pipeline with forecasting, qualification, and CRM hygiene.
Represent PCC at events and customer workshops, articulating value at energy and distributed compute intersections.
