Job summary

LumApps is seeking an Engineering Manager – Action Team in Kraków to lead the Forms, Tasks, and Workflows platform block. You will drive architecture, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and PX to deliver scalable automation across the LumApps platform.

In this hybrid role, you will champion AI-enabled workflows, strengthen cross-team collaboration, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery while shaping the long-term platform strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience leading platform/automation teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and architecture of Forms/Tasks/Workflows.
• Lead and coach a team of engineers and drive performance.
• Define a clear roadmap in collaboration with Product and PX.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform sustainability.
• Drive AI adoption in engineering practices and product.
