You will apply modern engineering practices across feature development, testing, deployment, and observability, ensuring quality, security, and compliance while collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Proven backend development experience with Java and Spring ecosystem.
• Design and implement REST APIs and GraphQL schemas.
• Model NoSQL data with Cosmos DB; stream data with Kafka.
• Work with OAuth 2.0 and Microsoft Entra ID for auth.
• Leverage Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Monitor, API Management).
• Communicate clearly in English and collaborate in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve intelligent digital products for HR with AI at the core.
• Apply engineering practices from analysis to automated testing, deployment and observability.
• Ensure quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions.
• Build observability, monitor production health, resolve incidents, and remediate root causes.
• Advocate for user needs and ensure AI solutions are explainable and human-centric.
• Share knowledge, participate in hiring and onboarding, foster a collaborative culture.
