Job summary

Cytiva, located onsite in Krakow, Poland, seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents that improve IT Infrastructure & Operations services. You will lead automation initiatives across End User Compute, Network, Cloud, and Service Operations to reduce toil and accelerate delivery.

The role requires expertise in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Azure AI, plus strong scripting capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or systems engineering, with hands-on automation delivery.
2+ years building AI/ML-powered automations or intelligent agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure AI services, and scripting languages.
Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across IT pillars by partnering with engineers and operations leaders.
Develop self-healing and proactive operations capabilities to reduce incidents and improve service delivery.
Create reusable AI patterns, prompt libraries, and automation templates for I&O engineers.
