Job summary

Wakacje.pl is seeking a hands-on software engineer to lead our internal AI transformation. You will set up reliable AI tooling, define guardrails, and build comprehensive learning paths that span engineering and business teams.

You will prototype integrations, mentor colleagues, and drive responsible adoption of LLMs across the company, while collaborating with Security, IT, and Legal to ensure data privacy and IP protection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 1+ year of practical AI/LLM work beyond casual use.
• Experience configuring or building AI-assisted developer tools.
• Strong API integration and Git workflows.
• Security, privacy, and access-control basics awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own AI tooling setup, integrate tools with internal systems.
• Lead phased AI adoption across engineering and non-technical teams.
• Design enablement programs: training curriculums, workshops, docs.
• Define AI standards, prompts guidelines, reusable workflows.
• Develop an internal AI champion community and foster adoption.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and Legal on guardrails.
• Measure impact with adoption metrics and program ROI.
• Prototype integrations and maintain hands-on credibility.
