Job summary

Neurons Lab seeks an experienced engineering enablement lead to drive AI adoption across its eight engineering organizations. You will cascade CTO visions into team discipline, create reusable artifacts, and coordinate cross-company transfers while maintaining governance and quality standards.

You will facilitate hands-on sessions, demos, and workshops, working with real repos and guiding teams toward measurable AI-enabled outcomes.

Qualifications

• Led AI adoption or enablement work in an engineering org.
• Shipped agentic workflows to production with real repos.
• Fluent English; Russian/Ukrainian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering enablement track for AI adoption program across groups.
• Cascade CTO visions into team-level discipline: specs, rules, review standards.
• Run the diffusion loop: capture, package, transfer practices across companies.
• Facilitate technical sessions, demos, workshops with real repos.
• Capture reusable knowledge in a group knowledge base.
