Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a Senior AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive AI tool adoption across engineering teams and integrate AI workflows into the SDLC. You will design rollout plans, deliver practical training, and collaborate with IT leadership to scale AI capabilities.

The role is hybrid in Warsaw, with 75% remote work and one day per week in the office; it is a B2B arrangement signed directly with Optiveum. Fluent English and Polish are required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a software development environment.
• Proven track record of implementing AI tools or solutions within IT teams.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile, cross-functional teams.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting IT delivery (Copilot, Codex, etc.).
• Experience with agentic SDLC: prompt engineering and AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of AI tools across engineering teams.
• Design rollout plans and training for AI-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to scale AI capabilities within SDLC.
• Create technical documentation and playbooks for AI solutions.
