Job summary

LTM in Krakow, Poland, is seeking an AI Catalyst Lead for a 6-month hybrid contract. You will drive adoption of AI tooling, embed with engineering teams, and design enablement projects, workshops, and guides tailored to different engineering personas.

You will act as a hands-on partner, write real code alongside customer teams to demonstrate AI-assisted development, diagnose blockers, translate learnings into scalable playbooks, and collaborate with the platform team to prioritise improvements

Qualifications

6-10 years in software engineering or platform engineering.
Experience with AI coding assistants in production contexts.
Proven track record working across teams or as a technical lead.
Experience designing enablement programmes or training for engineers.
Fluency with modern development workflows and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of AI tooling and embed with engineering teams.
Design and deliver enablement projects, workshops, and self-serve guides for different engineering personas.
Guide teams from initial setup to confident daily use and align adoption with metrics.
Write real code with customer teams to demonstrate AI-assisted development patterns.
Diagnose blockers to adoption and translate learnings into repeatable playbooks.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritise platform improvements.
