Job summary

Meniga is expanding its technology organization in Warsaw, leading IT infrastructure and AI adoption for the whole company. You will own the IT backbone, ensure security, and drive AI deployment beyond engineering teams, while partnering with Legal and People & Culture to understand needs and priorities.

You will manage a small team, mentor staff, and align engineering with business goals, maintaining a strong security posture and supporting audits as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Led IT infrastructure or similar function with strong security focus.
• Experience guiding AI adoption for non-technical teams.
• Managed a small team with real accountability.
• Familiarity with security audits or certifications.
• Experience using AI-native tooling in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and report to the CTO.
• Own IT backbone: devices, access, security and productivity systems.
• Drive AI adoption outside engineering across the company.
• Partner with Legal, People & Culture to understand needs before building.
• Balance new AI capability with maintaining solid existing infra.
