Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build scalable AI agents that analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, and recommend corrective actions across millions of targets. You will integrate OpenAI and Anthropic APIs using RAG and vector databases, convert runbooks into reusable workflows, and ensure production-grade Python with CI/CD practices.

Strong infra troubleshooting, networking knowledge, and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of advanced Python development and REST API design.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins and CI/CD toolchains.
• Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and RAG/vector databases.
• Infra engineering knowledge: Linux, Windows Server, cloud infra.
• Networking and troubleshooting of TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, SSH, SNMP.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents that continuously analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs at scale.
• Develop agents to classify failures, perform troubleshooting, and suggest corrective actions.
• Build capabilities to analyze and modify Discovery probes and patterns with tests and guardrails.
• Convert runbooks and troubleshooting procedures into reusable agentic workflows.
• Design agents to assess health of the Discovery ecosystem including MID Servers and schedules.
• Collect and interpret metrics from Discovery, MID Servers, logs, and monitoring tools for improvements.
