Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer – ServiceNow to lead AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows across regions. You will design scalable solutions, integrate ITSM/HRSD/CSM modules, and implement Now Assist and GenAI capabilities while aligning with architectural governance.

This hybrid Poland-based role offers close collaboration with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders, with emphasis on scalable, secure enterprise automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience.
• Hands-on delivery of ServiceNow solutions in enterprise or consulting settings.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow module knowledge (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog).
• Experience implementing Now AI capabilities and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build intelligent workflows using Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, and AI capabilities.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and support platform upgrades.
