Job summary

AgileEngine in Poland is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build AI agents that analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, classify failures, and recommend corrective actions at enterprise scale. You will integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), work with MID Servers, and apply advanced Python engineering, CI/CD, and infrastructure troubleshooting to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.

Strong English skills and practical experience with Gen AI APIs are required for this hands-on role

Qualifications

Advanced Python development experience (4+ years) and REST API design experience.
Experience with SDLC practices and CI/CD toolchains.
Experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into applications.
Knowledge of Linux/Windows server infrastructure and networking.
Ability to work with high-volume logs and telemetry for root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs and failure data at scale.
Classify, correlate failures, troubleshoot, and propose corrective actions.
Convert knowledge into reusable agentic workflows with testing and guardrails.
Analyze health of the Discovery ecosystem including MID Servers and schedules.
Collect and interpret metrics from Discovery and monitoring sources.
Contribute to operator tooling and runbooks for reliability.
