Job summary

Tanium is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a hybrid role based in Kraków. The engineer will resolve technical issues, educate customers, and contribute to overall solution quality while engaging with Tanium and AI-infused tools.

Responsibilities include triaging and solving support cases, collaborating with other engineers, and sharing knowledge. A BS degree and strong English are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT administration, OS, endpoint management, networking, security, IT operations, scripting, or programming.
• Ability to master new concepts and technologies.
• Problem solving & troubleshooting; convey problem statement and plan.
• Independent work with limited assistance; follow technical support procedures.
• Team player with integrity.
• Good command of English in speaking and writing.
• Nice to have: experience supporting customers; exposure to Tanium; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Triaging inbound support cases.
• Solving customer support cases.
• Collaborating with other Support Engineers on their cases.
• Sharing knowledge (education).
• Documenting root cause and reporting.
• Testing Tanium and providing feedback to Engineering.
