Job summary

Heretto, a leader in content management solutions, is seeking a Software Developer focused on customer issue triage and resolution. You will join a small, experienced team and help customers by debugging and fixing complex problems across our web platform.

You should enjoy digging into systems, communicating clearly with customers, and collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps. The role is full-time in Poland with a hybrid setup, office in Kraków about one day a week, and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

Love hunting issues, driving to resolution, and helping customers.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Experience writing software for the web and debugging complex systems.

Responsibilities

Investigate issues that are too technical for frontline support.
Interact with customers to understand their situation and gather information.
Manage and resolve issue escalations with cross-team collaboration.
Collaborate with customer success to communicate issues and build understanding.
Develop code to resolve issues and prioritize with the product team.
Collaborate with QA to automate testing and with DevOps to automate deployment.
