Job summary

The Ledge Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting and finance operations in Poland. You will process invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with vendor accounts to ensure timely and accurate AP transactions.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of basic accounting, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with ERP software is a plus, and you should be able to work both independently and with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting and accounts payable procedures.
• Strong data-entry and numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general office software.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to reconcile records and identify discrepancies.
