Stryker Group is seeking an AP Specialist to process and review invoices in a timely and accurate manner in our Poland office. You will collaborate with P2P teams to resolve issues, participate in daily huddles, and help maintain up-to-date work instructions.

This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and meeting deadlines. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration and have at least 1 year of related experience, with English fluency as a must.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.

Responsabilités

• Review and process invoices in the ERP system or the in-house monitoring tool.
• Cooperate closely with other P2P teams to resolve invoice issues.
• Actively participate in daily huddles and weekly team meetings.
• Update and review work instructions on a regular basis.
• Play active role in the backup structure.
