Job summary

Linklaters Warsaw is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Intern to gain hands-on experience in a global law firm environment. You will review and post invoices and travel expenses, and ensure supporting documentation meets quality standards.

The role requires fluent English, a finance or accounting education, and strong attention to detail. You will interact with vendors and employees, assist with invoice approvals, and adapt to changing priorities in a busy international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Started or graduated with a university degree in finance or professional accounting course.
• Quality oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer focused and service orientated.
• Ability to cope with changing priorities of the team and fluctuating volumes.
• Well organized and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and post invoices and travel expenses.
• Check quality of supporting documentation.
• Communicate with the business regarding coding of invoices and follow global policies.
• Work with the business to have invoices approved and chase approvers when required.
• Act as a contact point for Vendors and Employees.
• Maintain vendor files.
