Qualifications

• Started or graduated with a university degree in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Review and post invoices and travel expenses.
• Check quality of supporting documentation.
• Communicate with the business regarding invoice coding and policies.
• Collaborate to obtain invoice approvals and chase approvers when needed.
• Serve as contact point for Vendors and Employees.
• Maintain vendor files.
