We seek motivated individuals to optimize processes and grow within the team. Join ADM GBS to process vendor invoices, support month-end closing, and maintain payable ageing while liaising with European locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Finance and Accounting
• Fluent Polish and English, French nice to have
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
• Preferable Master’s degree (Finance/Accounting or ACCA/CIMA student)
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn and develop knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

• Processing and analysing vendor invoices in a timely manner
• Support the process of month end closing
• Maintain payable ageing
• Answer accounts payable inquiries and audit queries
• Respond to ADM business inquiries - everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes
• Cover for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met
• Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader
