Job summary

Bruker is seeking an AP Specialist for its Global Business Services Center in Warsaw, Poland. The GBS provides accounting services for Bruker Corporation across the EMEA region. You will execute PO and non-PO invoices, manage recurring entries, ensure timely payments, and support SOX controls while leveraging SAP and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable.
• Graduate min. BSc degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with P2P processes.
• SAP knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process PO and non-PO invoices and obtain approvals.
• Manage recurring entries (rent, lease).
• Block/unblock invoices on request.
• Ensure invoices are ready for payment in time.
• Perform PTP reconciliations and period-end close.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate when needed.
• Support SOX controls as required.
