Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to join the PtP department, handling invoices, expenses, and supplier payments. You will ensure accuracy in balances and participate in month-end closing and cross-department projects.

With Excel and MS Office proficiency, you will document processes, support audits, and collaborate across the international Eurofins network. A bachelor degree and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in finance, preferably in BPO/SSC.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Very good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, employee expenses, and credit card statements.
• Handle supplier queries and payments; cleanse supplier balances.
• Intercompany reconciliation for German scope; month-end close tasks.
• Create and update process documentation; prepare audit documentation.
• Participate in improvement projects and cross-department collaboration.
