Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Leader to manage a multi-country AP team. You will drive performance, ensure high-quality service, and contribute to finance transformation across a complex international environment.

The role entails leading up to 10 accountants, coordinating daily invoice processing, and supporting month-end close with a strong focus on accuracy and timelines. Hybrid work model offered with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in people management.
• Excellent communication and numeric skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 accountants.
• Act as main point of contact for PtP scope issues and queries.
• Coordinate day-to-day invoice processing and month-end close.
• Ensure KPIs for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of AP activities.
• Oversee aging invoices, reconciliations and timely payments.
• Document procedures and ensure alignment with processes.
• Conduct quality control and evaluate work standards.
