Job summary

GN Group in Warsaw is seeking a Junior AP Accountant to support end-to-end accounts payable processes within our Global Business Services. Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end AP processes including PO/non-PO and VAT.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and financial applications.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and internal controls.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Clear, effective communication with stakeholders across functions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes following policies and SLAs.
• Manage invoice verification, PO/non-PO processing, and three-way matching.
• Review invoices for VAT and accounting compliance.
• Support vendor account maintenance, reconciliations, and balance confirmations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc internal reports.
• Identify process improvements and support AP transformation initiatives.
• Identify and escalate operating risks and issues promptly.
• Build positive relationships with vendors and internal partners.
