Job summary

Antal is seeking an experienced OTC Collector Specialist with German to join a new Shared Services Centre in Łódź. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, follow up on overdue invoices, resolve billing disputes, and support cash collection in an international finance setting.

The role offers an opportunity to develop expertise in OTC, collections and accounts receivable within a global team and across cross-functional finance units.

Qualifications

• Experience in order-to-cash processes within a multinational finance environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional finance teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor payments.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and payments to improve cash flow.
• Resolve billing disputes and support reconciliation processes.

OTC Collector Specialist with German

We’re looking for an experienced OTC Collector Specialist with German to join the team responsible for the collections and dispute management process.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, follow up on overdue invoices and payments, resolve billing disputes and support cash collection and reconciliation processes. You’ll work closely with customers as well as Sales, Field Operations and Dispute Resolution teams to resolve account discrepancies and improve cash flow.
