As a Junior Cash Collector / OTC Accountant, you will work every day with people from all over the world, develop your career, and work in a professional environment with customers and other teams.

Our client is a global professional services company providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations. The office is located in the center of Warsaw, Przyokopowa Street.

Responsibilities

1. Timely cash collection
2. Investigating and reviewing credit risks involving customers and suppliers
3. Evaluating credit history
4. Handling day-to-day activities and referring delicate matters to the supervisor
5. Preparing and following up on letters of collection
6. Regularly updating the status of credit and collection activities
7. Managing escalations and leading negotiations with critical customers

Requirements

1. Very good English and fluent German skills
2. Experience in analytical activities
3. Highly developed computer skills (MS Office)
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Willingness and eagerness to learn new processes and procedures
