Antal is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist with fluent German to join its international Finance team in Kraków. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers on finance-related queries, handling invoices, payments, and account information, while coordinating with Accounts Receivable and Collections.

The role combines customer service with finance processes in a hybrid work model (3 days in the office).

• Fluent in German and good English.
• Experience in customer service with finance context is a plus.

Customer Service Specialist with German – Finance

We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist with fluent German and good English to join an international Finance team.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers regarding finance-related queries. You’ll support customers with questions about invoices, payments, outstanding balances and account information, while working closely with the Accounts Receivable and Collections teams.
