Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead a portfolio of key customers in Poland within the rigid plastic packaging sector.
You will act as the primary liaison, identify growth opportunities, and drive contract negotiations while coordinating with design, technical, and operations teams across Europe. Role requires fluency in Polish and English, willingness to travel regularly, and a driving licence.

managing and developing a portfolio of key customers in the Polish market,
building long-term customer relationships and acting as the main point of contact,
identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand cooperation,
identifying, targeting and developing new business opportunities,
preparing commercial proposals, costings and leading contract negotiations,
working closely with Design, Technical, Quality and Operations teams to develop customer solutions,
overseeing customer projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met,
monitoring pricing, profitability, contract performance and sales targets,
collaborating with sales teams in the UK, Denmark and other European markets,
supporting sales forecasting, pipeline management and strategic account planning.
proven experience in account management or business development, preferably within the packaging industry and ideally rigid plastic packaging,
strong commercial and financial understanding, with a track record of achieving sales and margin targets,
technical knowledge of rigid plastic packaging technologies, such as IM, ISBM or similar,
experience managing projects in cooperation with cross-functional teams,
excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels,
experience with CRM and sales reporting systems,
experience working with international customers or in a pan-European sales environment,
knowledge of sustainability trends and regulations within the packaging industry,
full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly,
fluent Polish and English; additional European languages would be an advantage.
