BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a Network Engineer to provide 24x7 monitoring, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure network availability across global enterprise environments. You will monitor devices and links, perform basic MPLS and LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal and external teams for timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have CCNA or equivalent certification, 3–5 years in Network Operations, and strong English communication.

Competenze

• Experience in 24x7 shift-based support environments.
• Customer-facing support experience is highly desirable.
• CCNA or equivalent networking certification is preferred.
• English language skills at B2 level required.

Mansioni

• Monitor network devices, links, alarms, and overall network availability.
• Troubleshoot basic MPLS, LAN, WAN, and enterprise routing and switching issues.
• Perform first-level diagnosis of network alarms and connectivity problems.
• Create, update, track, resolve, and close incident tickets.
• Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Ensure incidents meet SLAs and KPIs; document troubleshooting steps.
